Ingredients
2 tbsp golden flaxseed meal
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 1/3 cup blanched almond flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup paleo approved chocolate chunks
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl (except the chocolate). Mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate using a spatula.
- Scoop the dough onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Flatten the cookie tops.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Enjoy them warm!
